Penny Lane

My precious Penny Lane, an Airedale Terrier, passed away 2 and a half years ago. It was the absolute hardest thing I’ve ever had to work through. Anyone who has lost a long-time pet knows that it’s more than just losing a pet. It’s like losing your best friend and your sibling all in one awful day. I have literally never lived without a dog in my life until that point and I must say that it was incredibly tough to wait so long to find another. But I only recently became lucky enough to have the freedom to begin my search.

I adopted a puppy earlier this week. She’s a Lab/Chow Chow mix and her name is Bohdi. (Wondering where that name came from?) She’s will be 7 weeks old tomorrow and she seems to only become cuter by the day. I truly have no idea how she is doing that, but she is.

I’m so in love with this little lady already – I had to post a few images.
